Fertility-Focused Pelvic Rehabilitation
Fertility-focused pelvic rehabilitation is a specialized therapeutic approach designed to enhance reproductive health by addressing pelvic floor dysfunctions. This comprehensive program integrates manual techniques, targeted exercises, and educational components to optimize fertility outcomes. Manual techniques involve hands-on therapy to release tension, improve circulation, and enhance the alignment of pelvic structures, thereby creating a more conducive environment for conception. By combining these elements, fertility-focused pelvic rehabilitation aims to improve reproductive outcomes and support individuals on their journey to parenthood.
Prenatal and Postpartum Care
We offer specialized care for birthing people during and after pregnancy to address the unique challenges they face. Our prenatal services focus on preparing the pelvic floor for childbirth, helping to prevent complications and discomfort. Postpartum care includes recovery support, addressing issues such as diastasis recti, pelvic pain, and incontinence. Our therapist provides personalized exercise programs and hands-on techniques to promote healing and restore function. The goal is to help new parents regain their strength and confidence while ensuring long-term pelvic health.
Pelvic Pain Management
Chronic pelvic pain can significantly impact your quality of life, and we are here to help manage and alleviate that pain. Frequently Asked Questions
-
What is Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy?
Pelvic floor physical therapy is a highly specialized type of physical therapy that focuses on symptoms associated with the pelvic floor such as incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, and more.
-
What exactly is going to happen during my treatments?
A variety of treatments can occur in any given visit. I’m a huge believer that it's not really pelvic floor physical therapy without atleast one vaginal/rectal exam- it’s like going to the dentist without them looking in your mouth. There are exceptions to this rule and the exam often does not occur on the first visit, or ever, unless you are 100% on board.
-
What do I wear?
Dress in comfortable clothes that are easy to move around in.
-
How many sessions do I need?
After evaluation, I will discuss your treatment plan with you. This will include treatment types as well as how many visits I anticipate that we will need for your plan of care. Frequency of visits is driven by current symptoms, what type of treatment you need, and your preference. Generally, I will see patients no more than once per week.
-
Do you take my insurance?
We are considered an “Out-of-Network Provider” which means that we are not contracted with any health insurances, also known as “Cash-Based”. However, we do provide a superbill (receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. We recommend calling your insurance provider to get your policy’s specific reimbursement rate. We will provide you with a form that will help you ask the right questions during your call; please contact us if you need help or would like more information.

How much do you charge?
Please reach out to us for pricing details. We offer single-session pricing and discounted packages.

"Ladies and Gentlemen….If there were 10 stars available they would not be enough. Dr.Jenneca Andrew listens and interprets every word and thought correctly. The good Doctor is a thinking person that provides solid advice. I felt like the only person in the world when I had each appointment with her. My life and days are much better because of this wonderful Doctor. I would wish her for anyone with pelvic issues of any kind."
"Working with Jenneca has helped not only address the root cause of my pelvic floor dysfunction (pfd) but also addressed other symptoms I had been having that were indirectly related. Before Jenneca, I unsuccessfully had been working with another pelvic floor therapist so to say I was feeling discouraged when I started working with her is an understatement. She checked in with me on every appointment and truly made me feel heard in this journey. There is so much that can accompany pfd and it didn’t take much for me to realize that Jenneca knew how to help me and cared enough to follow through. Working with her has helped to improve my quality of life since learning I was experiencing pfd and I couldn’t be more grateful for her help, for educating me and the laughs along the way. Thank you!!"
"I was referred here because after having my son I was peeing a little when I coughed/sneezed(which is not normal- don’t believe that’s your new normal). I tried doing kegels at home and looking up some YouTube videos but it just wasn’t happening. I needed someone to show me what I should be feeling when doing exercises etc. Anyway, it had been over a year since having my son but it’s never too late. Jenneca was fantastic- professional but made me so comfortable and I actually looked forward to my appointments. With doing my exercises at home, and keeping up with going in for some work once a week(which was very relaxing I might add) I am no longer having issues! I’m so pleased!"
