What Sets Us Apart?

One on One Care

We provide personalized, one-on-one care tailored to your unique needs, ensuring you receive the dedicated attention and expert treatment you deserve. Every session is with your physical therapist—not an aide—so your care remains individualized, focused, and centered on your goals.

Unhurried, 60-minute sessions

Healing takes time. That's why every session is a full 60 minutes, allowing us to provide individualized care, answer your questions, and support your progress every step of the way.

Care centered on you

Your symptoms are only part of the story. We take the time to understand your lifestyle, goals, and concerns to create a treatment plan that's personalized to you—not just your diagnosis.

What We Treat

Fertility-Focused Pelvic Rehabilitation

Preparing your body for pregnancy involves more than just reproductive health—it also includes the muscles, joints, and connective tissues of your pelvis. Fertility-focused pelvic rehabilitation is designed to support your body by improving pelvic floor function, reducing tension, enhancing mobility, and promoting healthy blood flow to the pelvic region.

Treatment may include gentle hands-on therapy, personalized exercises, and education tailored to your individual needs. Whether you're trying to conceive naturally or preparing for assisted reproductive treatments, our goal is to help optimize pelvic health, improve comfort, and support you throughout your fertility journey with compassionate, individualized care.

Pregnancy and Postpartum Care

Your body goes through incredible changes during pregnancy and after birth, and we're here to support you every step of the way. Whether you're preparing for delivery, recovering postpartum, or navigating new symptoms, pelvic floor physical therapy can help you feel stronger, more comfortable, and more confident.

Treatment is tailored to your individual needs and may address pelvic pain, back or hip pain, urinary leakage, pelvic pressure, diastasis recti, painful scar tissue, and core weakness. Through hands-on treatment, personalized exercise, and education, we'll help you recover, return to the activities you love, and support your long-term pelvic health.

Pelvic Pain Management

Living with pelvic pain can be frustrating, overwhelming, and isolating—but you don't have to navigate it alone. Whether you've been experiencing symptoms for weeks or years, we'll take the time to listen to your story, identify contributing factors, and create a treatment plan that's tailored to your unique needs.

Pelvic floor physical therapy can help address conditions such as pelvic pain, painful intercourse, endometriosis-related pain, tailbone pain, bladder pain, and pain during pregnancy or postpartum. Treatment may include gentle hands-on therapy, personalized exercises, movement strategies, and education to help reduce pain, improve function, and get you back to doing the things you love.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy?

Pelvic floor physical therapy is a highly specialized type of physical therapy that focuses on symptoms associated with the pelvic floor such as incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, and more.

  • What exactly is going to happen during my treatments?

A variety of treatments can occur in any given visit. I’m a huge believer that it's not really pelvic floor physical therapy without atleast one vaginal/rectal exam- it’s like going to the dentist without them looking in your mouth. There are exceptions to this rule and the exam often does not occur on the first visit, or ever, unless you are 100% on board.

  • What do I wear?

Dress in comfortable clothes that are easy to move around in.

  • How many sessions do I need?

After evaluation, I will discuss your treatment plan with you. This will include treatment types as well as how many visits I anticipate that we will need for your plan of care. Frequency of visits is driven by current symptoms, what type of treatment you need, and your preference.

  • Do you take my insurance?

We are considered an “Out-of-Network Provider” which means that we are not contracted with any health insurances, also known as “Cash-Based”. However, we do provide a superbill (receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. We recommend calling your insurance provider to get your policy’s specific reimbursement rate. We can provide you with a form that will help you ask the right questions during your call; please contact us if you need help or would like more information.

Testimonials

"Ladies and Gentlemen….If there were 10 stars available they would not be enough. Dr.Jenneca Andrew listens and interprets every word and thought correctly. I felt like the only person in the world when I had each appointment with her. My life and days are much better because of this wonderful Doctor. I would wish her for anyone with pelvic issues of any kind."

DS

"If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping you get better, Jenneca is the one. I can't be more enthusiastic in recommending her!"

CD

"To say she is amazing is an understatement. During pregnancy and postpartum she has helped relieve so much lower back and hip pain. There is no other PT I would see now that I've found Jenneca!"

LC

"Before Jenneca, I unsuccessfully had been working with another pelvic floor therapist so to say I was feeling discouraged when I started working with her is an understatement. Working with Jenneca has helped not only address the root cause of my pelvic floor dysfunction  but also addressed other symptoms I had been having that were indirectly related. Working with her has helped to improve my quality of life and I couldn’t be more grateful for her help!!"

KU
"I was referred here because after having my son I was peeing a little when I coughed/sneezed(which is not normal- don’t believe that’s your new normal). I tried doing kegels at home and looking up some YouTube videos but it just wasn’t happening. I needed someone to show me what I should be feeling when doing exercises etc. Jenneca was fantastic- professional but made me so comfortable and I actually looked forward to my appointments.  I am no longer having issues! I’m so pleased!"
AK

"If you are at all struggling with pelvic health issues, I can't recommend Jenneca enough!"
